It was a busy weekend with the Corvette folks in town, but the staff in the hotel was always pleasant and accommodating. Being in the customer service business as well, our hats go off to you and the Inn of the Ozarks employees for a job well done!

Every time we asked anything of any staff member at the conference center and the hotel, whether that was the appropriate person to ask or not, our questions were answered and our needs were met. Even when we asked them to adjust the heat, the air… that was done promptly and with no heavy sighing or frowns, as we have experienced at other hotels in the past. Each person on your staff was intent on taking care of us as if we were their only clients… and obviously we weren’t… but even though we had big-dog attorneys right next door, and weddings, car rallies and receptions going on at the same time, we were still treated as if we were the most important clients you had to please! The meals were ample and the food was tasty; the punch was delightful. The rooms were set up to our specifications, and your flexibility in working out those details with us was so appreciated!
